1. Assistance, consultation and verification of all necessary documents;

2. Coordinate with the Seychelles civil officer for date of marriage;

3. Arrival of civil officer to the beach for the ceremony;

4. Payment for civil officer for the ceremony;

​

5. Two (2) witnesses if required and wedding coordinator at the ceremony;

​

6. Wedding ceremony at the beach outside the hotel as per availability date and clients wish;

​

7. Flower arch decorated with local flowers and table for the officer to sign the book at the beach, bridal bouquet, buttonhole;

​

8. Apostille of the certificate with the court office;

​

9. Delivery of apostilled wedding certificate to the hotel within 2 working days after the ceremony;

​

10. Full assistance at the ceremony.
